Kimberly Hatch – Family Law Attorney

Kim Hatch is a compassionate and empathetic family law attorney whose legal expertise and skilled advocacy has helped many families navigate the legal system during the most trying times in their lives. Having been through a divorce herself, Kim is able to relate to her clients through her own personal experience. Kim understands that each case is unique and caters to each client’s individual, specific needs.

As a family law attorney, she strives to promote her client’s interests and achieve long-lasting solutions that are best for the whole family. She focuses on representing clients facing divorce, legal separation, paternity, child custody, modification, child support, and relocation issues. Additionally, Kim regularly serves as a Guardian Ad Litem, representing the interests of minor children in divorce, custody, relocation, and order of protection cases where there have been allegations of abuse or neglect.

Kim grew up in the Kansas City area. She attended the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Law where she participated in the Child and Family Services Clinic. Since completing her Juris Doctorate, Kim has practiced exclusively in the area of family law. She is licensed to practice in both Missouri and Kansas. She is actively involved with the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, Association for Women Lawyers of Greater Kansas City, Johnson County Bar Association, Platte County Bar Association, and she serves on the Executive Committee for the Johnson County Family Law Inn of Court.

When Kim is not in the office, she enjoys attending local sporting events with her friends and family. She is a family-oriented mom of three children who are all involved in rodeos, cheer, and football.
