Nathalie Elliott joined the Levy Craig Law Firm more than 25 years ago and made the decision to focus her practice exclusively on family law matters, particularly those with complex financial issues. She realized the cost benefit to clients of using a team approach. Years ago, Kim Hatch joined the Levy Craig family law team adding additional depth in representation for clients with child custody and other family law matters.

Nathalie and Kim are assisted by paralegal, Ashley Hux, who also enjoys helping clients with their family law needs. Janet Woolsey, legal administrative assistant, assists the team with all administerial functions and assists clients with scheduling appointments.

Nathalie Elliott

Nathalie Elliott has spent more than 25 years helping clients with their family law needs. In addition to handling cases involving divorce, paternity, modification and abuse, Nathalie regularly serves as a divorce mediator and collaborative divorce attorney. Limiting her practice to helping Missouri and Kansas families with their family law needs was a choice Nathalie made after practicing business litigation for 4 years at a large Kansas City firm. Nathalie’s strong background in business and finance is an asset to her clients who need assistance with complex financial issues in their divorce.

Kimberly Hatch

Kim Hatch is a compassionate and empathetic family law attorney whose legal expertise and skilled advocacy has helped many families navigate the legal system during the most trying times in their lives. Having been through a divorce herself, Kim is able to relate to her clients through her own personal experience. Kim understands that each case is unique and caters to each client’s individual, specific needs.
